What Does Mimikko Mean?

I am back!
Today I give you the recipe that I just enjoyed the lunch break, but "cooked and eaten" I would say, "Eat and posted" hi hi hi
E 'salad that includes the unusual use fruit.
Green apples that give a fresh and crunchy walnuts offer.
I tasted for the first time at my mother-in-law and do not neglect the more: it is excellent!


Ingredients:

valerian
green apples
walnuts
cheese cubes
oil and salt

Procedure:

Peel apples, cored and cut and diced, crushed nuts and coarsely chop the nuts, chopped your favorite cheese into cubes and wash the lettuce.
Combine in a beautiful bowl, add salt, make a nice round of extra virgin olive oil and you're done!
