Yeah, because after two years of romance have made great choices and we're back in a new home, this time in a new city and a new nation! Ingredients:
Serves 4 cups

Hello everyone!
Today I propose a dish that I love!
This is a soup with vegetables, grains and legumes that I prepare often at night when it's cold outside and I wanted something healthy that warms the heart.

Ingredients:

Anzi, giusto per aggiungere un pò di glutammato in più, vi propongo il famoso CALZONE NAPOLETANO AL FORNO.



Per la pasta, fatta col Bimby, la ricetta che uso è questa.
Per il ripieno servono ricotta fresca, passata di pomodoro, fior di latte, salame napoletano a listarelle, parmigiano, sale e pepe. Un cucchiaio abbondante di passata di pomodoro, olio e basilico per la parte esterna.

Da premettere che a casa mia, il mago della pizza è il mio lui ... tutto quello che vi dirò è ciò che ho imparato osservandolo in questi anni, quindi se avete dubbi o altro, dovrò inoltrare domanda al grande capo! ;)

Dopo aver preparato l'impasto per la pizza, metterlo a riposare in un luogo caldo per almeno un'ora o finchè non raddoppia di volume, se si vuole una lievitazione migliore, procedere col secondo rimpasto e la doppia lievitazione. Quando la pasta è pronta, stenderla e su una metà spalmare la ricotta, una cucchiaiata di passato di pomodoro, il fior di latte a dadini, il salame, il pepe e il parmigiano. Chiudere a mezza luna, pigiando bene sui bordi per non far colare il ripieno. Sulla parte superiore del calzone, spalmare un altro cucchiaio of tomato sauce, sprinkle with a little oil, a few leaves of fresh basil and cook * strictly a wood stove or with this *.

Harry Potter Caricters Nud

One thing is certain, when I met the first time three years ago, it made me fall in love!

Anche se ora siamo molto più vicine, la fretta e gli impegni di tutti i giorni prendono sempre il sopravvento, ma finalmente siamo riuscite e vederci... un'occasione da festeggiare!
E allora, mi sono messa all'opera per prepararle un gateau/cadeau speciale , sicura che lo avrebbe apprezzato... e infatti! ;)


La base è il classico panettone allo yogurt (ho raddoppiato le dosi e tolto le scaglie di cioccolato). L'ho tagliato a metà, bagnato sui due lati con uno sciroppo fatto con acqua, zucchero e cacao e farcito con metà dose di Cream Thermomix , I added dark chocolate chips. Then I tried to play a little grass at the base and I improvised a puppet, a little flowers scattered e. .. something is still missing! PDZ I take bits of different colored and combines them in an attempt to marbled effect, I'm not thrilled, but now it's done and then away with the written name and the eggs (my husband called beans!) all around!
Despite the inaccuracies, il risultato finale mi ha soddifatto e devo dire che i tentativi di abbordaggio da parte della mia scricci (vedi manina in agguato nella foto sotto) e il faccino meravigliato e felice di Giulia, mi hanno soddisfatto ancora di più! ^_^
