Here's another one of the cakes that I like to do more.
I love pies but on condition that they are quite hardy and not too sweet with jam. It 's a recipe fast and easy realization that you can then decline in several variations later .... there will reveal some!


Ingredienti:

Procedimento:

Today's recipe is sure to become one of my forte.
not even remember the times I've tried to do a roast and in the end ...." I thought that my mother is much more tender "... or ..." is never how I want! "Etc. etc. ...
Well, what I cooked Sunday was undoubtedly buonissimissimo ... perfect!
I have to thank my friend Sabrina for this precious recipe.



Ingredients for 8 people:
2 kg of pork loin
2 knobs of butter, sage and rosemary
chopped celery, carrot and onion
1 liter of milk about
salt

Procedure:
As you can see from fot or I had a piece of meat prepared by the butcher, jump and space, bound and wrapped in bacon with spagoa, but even without it the result will still be good. If you have not done for you remember the butcher well to massage the meat with salt before cooking.
In a saucepan from the edges high enough, put two nuts with butter and make a fire looking up.
