vi sto svelando troppe cose! Presto vi mostrerò qualche anticipazione sul pasticcio che sto combinando, ma tanto a renderlo dolce ci pensarà lei col suo sorrisetto marpione! ^_^

E ora una ricettina al volo, adatta a grandi e piccini e vestita a festa per l'occasione.

BUDINO AL CIOCCOLATO
CON PROFUMO D
I MANDORLE
Versione B
imby

470 ml di latte
75 gr zucchero
65 gr di farina
20 gr cacao amaro
30 ml di Amaretto di Saronno
(se non ci sono bambini piccoli, potete anche aumentare
la dose, diminuendo il latte)

Mettere nel boccale lo zucchero, il cacao, la farina, aggiungere il latte e il liquore e cuocere 10 min. 100° Vel 3. Versare nello stampo, lasciare raffreddare e conservare in frigorifero fino al momento di servire. Come stampo ho usato i cuoricini Silicone Amelie of Guardini .

270 gr farina 00
240 gr zucchero semolato
3 uova
100 gr olio di semi
160 gr acqua
1 bustina di vanillina
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 tappino di rhum -bagna per dolci-

This is perhaps one of the "condiments" for my favorite pasta: easy, quick and assured result.
Per di più quando i prodotti utilizzati sono ottimi come questo bel pezzo di speck e questi "puntiglius" arrivati direttamente dalla Fabbrica della pasta di Gragnano state certe che gusterete un piatto squisito!
Io l'ho preparata domenica, ero ancora mezza influenzata e avevo gente a pranzo, perciò mi sono cimentata con piatti poco impegnativi ma gustosi.



Ingredienti:

dosi per 5 persone
500 gr pasta di Gragnano
speck dell'Alto Adige
2 bustine di zafferano
1/3 di bicchiere di latte
una noce di burro
sale e pepe

Procedimento:

Mettete sul fuoco una bella pentolona piena d'acqua e riovesciatevi una bustina di zafferano, appena bolle salatela e buttate la pasta.
Nel frattempo tagliate lo speck a striscioline e mettetelo a rosolare in una padella calda con la noce di burro. Lasciatelo andare un 3/4 minuti e poi versate nella pentola il latte e lo zafferano rimanente, mescolate ancore per qualche minuti fino che si formerà una cremina ed il "sugo" è pronto.
Scolate la pasta e saltatela in padella con lo speck, a piacere spolverate con il pepe.
Facilissimo vero?

IO: "Si, ma fa impressione uguale... ok, prendo quello col gambero, che mi sembra un tantinello più cotto! Se capissi come usare 'ste bacchette! Ma le posate no, eh! E 'sta robina marrone??? E' salatissima!"
LUI: "Si, perchè notoriamente il sushi è senza sale, la salsa di soia insaprisce... credo! Vuoi anche un pochino di wasabi?"

Lo vedo diventare prima rosso , poi viola , poi pian piano bianco e le lacrime cominciano a rigargli il viso... infine, ancora vivo, esclama: "Buono, però mi sa che per te è un pò forte!"

Lo dico che i bimbi di oggi sono troppo avanti :D Però i miei cupcakes sono stati molto graditi comunque, e ve li consiglio, questo impasto è spettacolare!

Cupcakes alla ricotta e confetture

200 gr di ricotta fresca
200 gr di zucchero semolato (anche 180)
200 gr farina 00 della Molino Chiavazza
1 piz. di sale
2 uova
20 gr olio semi
50 gr latte
1/2 bustina lievito per dolci
Confetture a piacere
(ho usato Fiordifrutta of Rigoni di Asiago
to cherry and lemon )

Mix the ricotta, eggs and sugar. When it is smooth and homogeneous slowly add the flour, salt and oil and even milk, and finally the yeast. Place a spoonful of mixture on bottom of cups, then a generous teaspoon of jam and cover with more dough. I have done with half the cherry jam bio of Rigoni di Asiago, and the other half I added lemon and cherry ... even better! Bake in preheated oven for 20 min at 180 °, always do the toothpick test.
