Già me la immagino, il mio dolcetto in una nuvoletta fuxia, e rosa e arancio e...
vi sto svelando troppe cose! Presto vi mostrerò qualche anticipazione sul pasticcio che sto combinando, ma tanto a renderlo dolce ci pensarà lei col suo sorrisetto marpione! ^_^

E ora una ricettina al volo, adatta a grandi e piccini e vestita a festa per l'occasione.

BUDINO AL CIOCCOLATO
CON PROFUMO D
I MANDORLE

470 ml di latte
75 gr zucchero
65 gr di farina
20 gr cacao amaro
30 ml di Amaretto di Saronno
(se non ci sono bambini piccoli, potete anche aumentare
la dose, diminuendo il latte)

Mettere nel boccale lo zucchero, il cacao, la farina, aggiungere il latte e il liquore e cuocere 10 min. 100° Vel 3. Versare nello stampo, lasciare raffreddare e conservare in frigorifero fino al momento di servire. Come stampo ho usato i cuoricini Silicone Amelie of Guardini .
