Buongiorno!!
Oggi vi scrivo di corsa e per giunta senza ricetta..
Il mio amato kitchen aid è in riparazione a Bergamo, mi ha abbandonato pure il minipimer e complici la mancanza di tempo e la dieta, ultimamente non ho cucinato nulla di interessante !
Ma tenetevi pronte perchè a breve voglio dedicare un post a "sua maestà il pizzocchero " (la mezzamela è mezza valtellinese e io adoro le ricette tipiche) e cimentarmi nelle tortine " Kinder paradiso"...perciò stay tuned!

- raccontare 7 cose di sè . Vi racconterò 7 food-cose di me:
- Non ho mai bevuto un caffè in vita mia.
- Non amo il cioccolato, in particolare non assaggerei mai e poi mai budini, gelati, torte al cioccolato. Riesco solo a mangiare cose molto nocciolose ;-) o il classico kinder . In compenso adoro "cucinarlo" per la gioia dei miei familiari golosi!
- Sono una coca-cola dipendente, solo light o zero però. Devo costringermi a non comprarla e da fare dei veri e propri periods of detoxification because if I had my way I would drink it for breakfast too.
- I have a modern kitchen with a white shiny gray floor clear of anything, only Kitchen aid (also white) stands alone.
- I do not drink wine, but I use it for cooking without any problems.
- clearly prefer salty to sweet, but I prefer to cook the cakes.
- not stand vinegar in any modification to them.
