almond praline and a wish to leave ... again!

Since we are giving her is a quiet beautiful, but I will not give up everything and now that she grew up, we are working!
In fact, just what I wanted to talk to you, where would you go with a girl of 1 year to the next?
are torn between different options and I can not decide which is the least stressful for her.
I must point out that we are talking only a few days away from home, a weekend or at best a long bridge, not the summer holidays ... maybe we will miss! In addition
are also undecided on what time of choosing, this cold is not ideal for her, but it seems to me an eternity to wait until spring.
The options I have are these:
  1. London or Berlin with attached odd hours flight (if there are no tickets through the nose) and stay in B & B or hotel (with consequent adjustment for meals not just mom-made).
  2. Luxembourg, 2 hours by car, at home with friends - Marco and Daniela, for the series you've been warned;) joke, we feel these days;) - and around and around in .
  3. Amsterdam, always a couple of hours by car or by train to the maximum, B & B.
  4. Normadia . A typical car trip, at least 3 days with various stages.

MANDORLE PRALINATE

Almonds in the peel and sugar, the same weight.

Some leave to soak the almonds for a few hours, I have not done.
I poured everything into a pan * and I started to mix, all at very low heat. Need to mix a long time without ever stopping, you will notice that the sugar begins to melt and then slowly to stick to the almonds. Remove from heat
eras when maggiorn of the sugar will be attacked and not very dark, attention .. it takes a while because if you burn! If the pan starts to smoke, Abbas still a little flame and stir for about ten seconds away from fire. The same procedure can be even hazelnuts.

* I used the pan series of GreenLine Ballarini, a line of pots, organic material in both imaballaggi.

These are the ones we have had for us, needless to say, ended up in a flash! Worse
cherries ... ;)

Enjoy: D
