Vol-au-vent with the flavor of gourmet sea

today quick and easy recipe! The idea is borrowed from an appetizer offered at Christmas to Aunt S, of things that they will be good! ; DA whipped me in the head but this reissue, and so we tried it for dinner. Not bad, and then I offer my version: D

VOL-AU-VENT TO TASTE OF THE SEA

1 box of Vol-au-vent (or if you want, you can do it)
a small tin of crab meat
4 / 5
surimi sticks 1 / 4 onion 2 tablespoons yogurt
blonde white thin

1 egg
chives, salt

sauté the onion with a teaspoon of oil, when gold is put into a bowl and leave to cool. Remove the crab meat and shredded his liquid, cut into rounds surimi sticks and put it all together with onions. Note, depending on your taste you can give precedence to the taste of either, we prefer it with more than surimi.
