How To Grow Out Permed Hair

Hello everyone!
Today I propose a dish that I love!
This is a soup with vegetables, grains and legumes that I prepare often at night when it's cold outside and I wanted something healthy that warms the heart.
I do not know about you, but here on the outskirts of Milan that just ended was a week of nebbia.Nebbia morning, noon and night. Fog so thick you felt the droplets on your face. Persistent fog so that when you get home at night you need a dish like this!

Ingredients:
doses are deliberately "eye"
spelled
barley
mix pulses
carrots potatoes
vegetable stock olive oil and pepper

Procedure: Rinse
acuqa legumes are the current and leave to soak for at least an hour (I usually do this on pause lunch and leave them to soak until the evening when I return home).
Rinse the grains under the current acuqa and set aside.
Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes.
I put the potatoes because I like giving a kind of creaminess and carrots to the pot because chromatically speaking there is a touch of orange prorpio well!
Pour into a pan and cover with the broth, so that the level is 3 fingers over the mixture.
I'd rather be a little 'back with the amount of liquid, I like this soup thick enough, it is also true that vegetables and grains absorb a lot but I'm of the school of thought that says that adding broth was always on time !
Bring to a boil and cook for 30 / 40 minutes, do as I assagiatela from time to time and you'll understand when it is ready.

As you can see by the photo above, should strictly be served with a good sprinkling of freshly ground pepper and a dribble of extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality!
