THE pom pom is easy to make for me, and here from talented Federica Sweet as candy, you can find the tutorial. To provide some kind of continuity, I used a thin sheet of felt, instead of the cloth, then a bit of pink wire passed from the center, on which I glued another mini cupcake, always felt, which is reminiscent of the shirt. Finally, just because Mardi Gras is to do what it seems: P I have given a splash of fabric spray adhesive and sprinkled generously with iridescent powder.
PS: cecata Inexperienced and a bit that I am, I drew the circles to be cut with the blue pen. Do not like me, otherwise you end up with an annoying and unsolicited colored border. At most, when cut, leave the sign outside or simply use a pencil or chalk as a seamstress;)
