A chacun son goût... à chacun sa vie!

Spring is getting closer, and although my house is ruled by unconditional affliction, some days I feel that this part is the time to achieve a moved.
I look away and maybe perhaps open up new avenues for me, it will take courage and commitment and also a lot of determination, but for the first time I'm not afraid of not do it before you start! They are motivated and happy and restless! I do not know if I'm making the right choices, but the only solution is to try and find out! ;)
There have understood very well ... from Naples are just good in a bit superstitious, so I can not reveal much more, but the pot of today might be a good metaphor.
Think of a beautiful cake, already divided into slices, each with a different taste and to your liking. You can certainly eat it all, at least not all at once! ;) So, what do you do? You must choose one and hope it's the best! I did, you? : D

Base mixture:
1 pot plain yogurt, 3 cups of flour 00, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, 3 / 4 pot of vegetable oil, 1 / 2 jar sugar, 1 packet Yeast

for the various flavors:
2 slices with bits of banana chips and dark chocolate.
slices with 2 sheets of apple, cinnamon and dusted with cassonade -j 'to love it! -
other 2 slices with yogurt mixture and mixed little bits of dried papaya .
2 slices with chopped dried apricots and white chocolate shavings .

Working eggs and sugar, then add yogurt, flour, salt and lastly the yeast. Divide the mixture according to taste and add them. I used as a template Tortaxfette of Guardini .
Place in preheated oven for 25 min at 180 °, always do the toothpick test.
